The Delta Flex is designed to operate at a variable working depth ranging from 6 to 25 cm, allowing precise adjustment according to soil type, residue levels, and cultivation objectives.
Depth control is achieved through an easily adjustable mechanical or hydraulic system, ensuring consistent and accurate operation across the full working width. This flexibility allows the operator to switch quickly between shallow stubble cultivation and deeper soil loosening.
The robust tine construction maintains a uniform depth even under heavy load, guaranteeing effective residue incorporation, improved soil aeration, and optimal preparation of the seedbed for subsequent operations.
Can’t stop won’t stop
The Delta Flex cultivator is available with two different tine protection systems, the shear bolt system and the non-stop system, to suit various soil conditions and working requirements.
The shear bolt system provides a simple and reliable mechanical safety device: in the event of hitting an obstacle, the bolt breaks, preventing damage to the tine and frame. This system is ideal for light to medium soils with few stones or obstructions.
The non-stop system, on the other hand, uses a spring-loaded mechanism that allows the tine to release and return automatically when encountering stones or hard objects. This ensures continuous operation without interruptions, particularly in stony or heavy soils.
Both systems guarantee optimal protection of the machine while maintaining consistent working depth and excellent soil penetration.
